UNIDATA'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS REVIEWED MANAGEMENT DATA

FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2022

COMPANY'S POSITIVE GROWTH TREND ACCELERATES IN SECOND QUARTER

ACCRUAL REVENUE UP SHARPLY DOUBLE DIGIT +92%, CUSTOMERS UP 27.5%, PROPRIETARY FIBER +332 KM

• Revenue attributable: € 16.19 million (€ 8.45 million in Q2 2021), +92% YoY, mainly due to strong growth in infrastructure and wholesale components;
• Customers Base: +27.5% compared to Q2 2021, or 14,298;
• New fiber: +332 km in the quarter, totaling over 4,920 km located in Rome and areas of the Latium Region;

Rome, July 26, 2022 - The Board of Directors of Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), an operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, reviewed management figures for the second quarter of 2022, which show significant growth in key economic and management indicators.

Renato Brunetti, President and CEO of Unidata, said, "We are fully satisfied with the second quarter of 2022, which ends with a significant acceleration in revenue growth, up more than 90 percent from the previous year, with a continued increase in the number of customers (+27.5 percent) and kilometers of proprietary fiber optics (+332). The positive performance of all key economic and management indicators demonstrates Unidata's continued significant commitment to consolidating its position in the field of Telecommunications."

Unidata closed the second quarter of 2022 with Turnover of € 16.19 million, up 92% from € 8.45 million in the same period of 2021. The increase in Turnover is attributable to both the Infrastructure component, with a contribution of about 63%, and the wholesale component.

Net Financial Position (NFP) as of June 30, 2022 was € 4 million, compared to € 2.2 million as of December 31, 2021, and € 2.9 million as of March 31, 2022. This increase is mainly due to flows related to the construction of the network for the investee Unifiber and works for the ASI Bari contract.

Customers

The second quarter of 2022 shows a strong growth in the number of Clients, which stands at 14,298, respectively +27.5% when compared with the same period of the previous year and up +14% compared with the period ended March 31, 2022.

The growth is particularly in the Consumer segment, which shows an increase of 31.9 percent over the same period in 2021 and an increase of 6.9 percent compared to March 31, 2022; on the other hand, the Business, Microbusiness, and P.A. Customer market shows an increase of 7.3 percent over the same period in 2021 and 1 percent compared to March 31, 2022. The number of Wholesale customers remains stable.

Finally, the fiber optic network expanded during Q2 2022 by an additional 332 km of proprietary cables, reaching a total extension of more than 4,920 km (3,656 km as of June 30, 2021). In the previous quarter, from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022, the growth was 390 km (+772 km in Q1 2022).
