An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 17.6% stake in Unieuro S.p.A. (BIT:UNIR) from Italian Electronics Holdings S.r.l. for approximately €45 million on January 23, 2020. According to the transaction, Rhône Group LLC will sell 3.5 million shares at €13.25 per share. Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. acted as Joint bookrunners in the transaction.
