UNIEURO S.P.A.: PUBBLICAZIONE DELLO STATUTO SOCIALE AGGIORNATO

Forlì, 14 dicembre 2020 - Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR) rende noto che, a seguito della parziale esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a pagamento a servizio del Piano di Stock Option deliberato dall'Assemblea Straordinaria della Società del 6 febbraio 2017 e della conseguente variazione del capitale annunciata al mercato con comunicato stampa del 9 dicembre 2020, in data odierna è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico il nuovo Statuto sociale.

Lo Statuto, così come iscritto presso il Registro delle Imprese di Forlì-Cesena e Rimini in data 11 dicembre 2020, è disponibile presso la sede legale, sul sito internet della Società (www.unieurospa.com, sezione Corporate Governance / Documenti societari e procedure) e - anche con evidenza delle modifiche intervenute - presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com).

UNIEURO S.P.A.: PUBLICATION OF UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Forlì, 14 December 2020 - Unieuro S.p.A. (MTA: UNIR) announces that, following the partial execution of the paid-in share capital increase serving the Stock Option Plan resolved upon by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 6 February 2017 and the consequent change in the share capital announced to the market in a press release on 9 December 2020, the new Articles of Association were made available to the public today.

The Articles of Association, as registered at the Companies' Register of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini on 11 December 2020, are available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.unieurospa.com, Corporate Governance / Corporate Documents and Procedures section) and - also highlighting the changes made - at the eMarket STORAGE authorised stockholding mechanism (www.emarketstorage.com).
