Unieuro S.p.A. (BIT:UNIR) signed framework agreement to acquire 20 Business Units of Iper Montebello Spa on September 30, 2020. 20 Business Units had turnover of €31 to €100 million in 2019. Transaction was approved by Italian antitrust authority.
