NOTICE OF RECORD DATE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Union Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 13 July 2020 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the final (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of 1.55 Singapore cent (S$0.0155) per ordinary share ("Shares") for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Final Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the Shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 13 July 2020 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Final Dividend. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 13 July 2020 will be entitled to the Final Dividend.

The Final Dividend which has been approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2020 will be paid on 30 July 2020.
