NOTICE OF RECORD DATE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Union Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 21 June 2021 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the final (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of 2.53 Singapore cents (S$0.0253) per ordinary share ("Shares") for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Final Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the Shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 21 June 2021 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Final Dividend. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 21 June 2021 will be entitled to the Final Dividend.

The Final Dividend which has been approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2021 will be paid on 30 June 2021.
