From March 7, 2017 to March 29, 2017, the company has repurchased 370,667 shares, representing 1.25% for KRW 1,990.17 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 370,667 shares, representing 1.25% for KRW 1,990.17 million under the buyback announced on March 7, 2017.
UNISEM Co. Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. The Company operates two business divisions: semiconductor equipment business division and complementary metal oxide semiconductor image sensors (CISs) business division. Its semiconductor equipment business division provides gas scrubbers, which are used for purifying noxious gases created in semiconductors and liquid crystal displays (LCDs) manufacturing processes; chiller units, which are used as controlling devices for chambers and wafer holders; vacuum lines, as well as equipment maintenance services. Its CISs business division provides camera modules for mobile phones.
