United Bancshares, Inc. announced the approval by its Board of Directors of a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share payable December 15, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2021.
United Bancshares, Inc. is a financial holding company. Its principal subsidiary is The Union Bank Company (Union Bank). Its core business operations are conducted through its subsidiaries, Union Bank and UBC Risk Management, Inc. (UBC Risk Management).
