CHANGE TO BIANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTING

Starting 2020 United Company RUSAL Plc (the "Company") will release extended quarterly trading updates on a regular basis, but will stop the announcement and publication of quarterly financial results. Extended trading updates will include information on certain topics that could potentially have an impact on the share price.

The Company will continue to release its financial results for the half-year and full year periods.

The Company believes that change to biannual financial announcements will align the Company's reporting with HKEX-traded organizations' and industry common practice.
