Limited (United Malt or Company) and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 September 2021 (reporting period). During

that time, United Malt's governance practices were consistent with the 4th Edition of the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and

Recommendations (the ASX Principles and Recommendations).

This statement, together with ASX Appendix 4G, has been lodged with the ASX. The information contained in this statement is current

as at 16 November 2021 and has been approved by the Board.

United Malt is the fourth largest commercial maltster globally, producing ingredients for the brewing, distilling and food markets, with processing facilities and warehouses in Canada, the United States of America, Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
