United Oil & Gas PLC is a United Kingdom-based full-cycle oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in production, development, exploration and appraisal assets across Egypt, the United Kingdom and a high impact exploration license in Jamaica. Its assets include Abu Sennan concession, P2519 Licence and Walton-Morant licence. The Abu Sennan concession is located in the prolific onshore hydrocarbon-producing Western Desert region. It offers oil production operations and development assets and exploration. It comprises eight development concessions, each containing a producing field, as well as a 644 square kilometers (km2) exploration license. Licence P2519 containing the Maria discovery covers an area of circa 225 km2 in the Outer Moray Firth Basin of the United Kingdom Central North Sea (CNS). The Walton-Morant licence is a 22,400 km2 offshore exploration license. It offers a high-impact frontier exploration opportunity with the potential to open an entirely new hydrocarbon frontier.
