The decrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the decrease in the sales volume of the Company's products as a result of increased competition faced by certain refuelling stations located in Changchun City during 2017 and shortage of natural gas supply in Northeast China in November and December of 2017 as a results of the PRC government's promotion of coal to gas conversion project. Capital expenditure amounted to RMB 12.4 million and capital commitments amounted to RMB 5.1 million.
