Notice on Winning "2021 Display Industry Award" (Shinsaibashi OPA Honkan)

United Urban Investment Corporation ("United Urban") hereby announces that Shinsaibashi OPA Honkan (the "Property") owned by United Urban has been accepted for the "2021 Display Industry Award" as set forth below.

1. Overview of Display Industry Award

This is a commendation system in which NIPPON DISPLAY FEDERATION praises excellent display works once a year with an aim to promote the display industry and raise social awareness.

The federation is a general incorporated foundation that works for the improvement of living culture and the development of landscapes nationwide through displays.

	Pick up your favorite piece from a box full of colorful record jackets
	The vertical lines with the motif of a record jacket and the unevenness that exhibits various
	expressions depending on how the light hits throughout the day represent a wide variety of
	minds and freedom of choice. The unique façade is set out to show that Shinsaibashi is
	truly a city of diversity regardless of age, nationality, or gender.

3. Aim of façade renewal

In the Shinsaibashi area, Osaka's largest downtown, a series of recent reconstruction works and new openings of retail facilities have been boosting even more bustling atmosphere. As the Property had been demonstrating changes from various aspects with the times, the façade, a front design of the Property, has been renewed to convey a new iconic side in the area full of vitality.

In this renewal, it has been devised so that you can enjoy the "expression" that changes with the passage of time by adopting colorful spandrel (Note) and indirect lighting with different colors and shapes.

(Note) A metal veneer molded so that the fastening screws are hidden.
