          Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
          Officers.

On March 25, 2021, Blake Schuhmacher informed Uniti Group Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to resign from his position as Senior Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer of the Company effective on or about the date the Company files its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. Mr. Schuhmacher's departure is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company regarding its financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments.
