Payment solutions segment derives its revenue from the provision of payment solutions and ongoing technical support services to customers in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Hong Kong and overseas. Timber trading and furniture manufacturing segment is engaged in trading of timber and manufacturing of furniture to customers in the PRC. System integration and technical platform services segment is engaged in the provision of system integration and technical platform services to customers in the PRC. Industry park segment is engaged in the development and management of e-commence, financial and resources industry parks where enterprise clusters of the same industry chain are integrated.
