Its Others segment includes hospitality, medical healthcare, training services, holding of investment properties to generate rental income, capital appreciation or both. The Company's completed properties include The Goodwood Residence, Aster Green Residence and Komune Living & Wellness. Its Laurel Residence consists of Two blocks of 42-storey residential towers, housing a total of approximately 1,260 units which is located in Bangsar South. Its subsidiaries include Ceylon Hills Sdn Bhd and Concord Housing Development Sdn Bhd.
