Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), the oil and gas company actively building a portfolio of attractive upstream assets, announces that the publication of its audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021 ("2021 Report") will be delayed pending finalisation.

The Company will therefore utilise the additional time for the work to be completed under the temporary extension permitted by the FCA for the release of Annual Accounts.
