UPM-Kymmene Corporation Proposes Dividend for 2022, Payable on 21 April 2023 and 2 November 2023 Respectively

UPM-Kymmene Corporation proposed a dividend of EUR 1.50 (EUR 1.30) per share for 2022 to Annual General Meeting. The board proposed the dividend to be paid in two instalments. The first dividend instalment instalment of EUR 0.75 per share is proposed to be paid to the shareholders who are registered in the company's shareholders' register on the dividend record date of 14 April March 2023.

The board proposed that the first dividend instalment be paid on 21 April 2023. The second dividend instalment instalment of EUR 0.75 per share is proposed to be paid to the shareholders who are registered in the company's shareholders' register on the dividend record date of 26 October March 2023. The board proposed that the second dividend instalment be paid on 2 November 2023.
