It invests in United Kingdom-based industrial and logistics properties with a view to delivering dividends and capital returns to its shareholders. The Company invests in assets that comprise an interest in freehold or leasehold property. It is also focused on investing in smaller single-let logistics sites. It invests in various geographical locations, such as Midlands, Southeast, Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, and Scotland. The investment manager of the Company is PCP2 Limited.
