Urban Logistics REIT plc (LSE:SHED) agreed to acquire Portfolio of Four Assets for £28.6 million on December 20, 2021. The purchase price paid for Elland Road, Leicester was £3.18 million, for Caswell Road, Northampton was £5.6 million and for Riverside Park, Dundee was £6 million. Urban Logistics recently completed a £250 million equity raise and moved to the Main Market on 7th December, announced the acquisition of four assets, using proceeds raised.
