The Company operates through two segments: Trucking and USAT Logistics. The Trucking segment operations are supported by driver managers, load planners and customer service representatives. It provides truckload and freight service offerings. The USAT Logistics segment has a network of regional sales offices located throughout the continental United States. It provides freight brokerage, logistics, and rail intermodal service offerings.
