USA Truck, Inc. provides capacity solutions to a diverse customer base throughout United States, into and out of portions of Canada, and Mexico. The Company operates through two segments: Trucking and USAT Logistics. The Trucking segment operations are supported by driver managers, load planners and customer service representatives. It provides truckload and freight service offerings. The USAT Logistics segment has a network of regional sales offices located throughout the continental United States. It provides freight brokerage, logistics, and rail intermodal service offerings. The Company's fleet consisted of approximately 2,065 tractors, which included approximately 628 independent contractor tractors, and approximately 6,263 trailers.
