The sellers, Masao Ito, YJ No. 2 Fund L.P., Kazuyuki Watanabe, East Ventures No. 2 Fund L.P, and Yoshikazu Nakamura have agreed with Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. that during the period starting from the date of issue price determination and ending on the 180th day from the delivery date of the general offer and the offer by the underwriters, without prior written consent of Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd., they will not sell the company stock, securities that can be converted or exchanged for the company stock, or securities that represent the right to acquire or receive stock.
