The Board of Directors of USP Group Limited announced the following changes with immediate effect. Mr. Lim Yew Tou Eric has been appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Lim will be considered non-independent as he will be involved in the general business and affairs of the Company upon his appointment.
