On December 7, 2021, Utz Brands, Inc. (the "Company" or "we"), issued a press release updating IRI MULO-C retail sales data for the four-week and 12-week periods ended October 31, 2021 and November 28, 2021. The Company is providing this interim update of Utz's retail sales trends to correct inaccurately low previously reported syndicated data for these periods due to missing new items. In addition, attached is an investor presentation that the Company may present to existing or prospective investors during future meetings. A copy of the press release and investor presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference herein.
