V-cube invests in Anifie, a start-up company for NFT metaverse in the U.S., and launches its services in Japan

〜NFT Metaverse Service, providing brands with a new method of promotion and monetization of digital content～

V-cube, Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO; Naoaki Mashita, hereinafter "V-cube") has started to provide NFT metaverse services in Japan through investment in Anifie, Inc. (Head office: California, U.S.A., Representative Director: Yohei Iwasaki), a start-up company for NFT metaverse in the U.S. that offers brands a new way to promote and monetize their digital content.

Anifie, Inc. (hereinafter "Anifie") is a California-based startup company working on the development of the NFT metaverse business, where Japanese serial entrepreneur Yohei Iwasaki has teamed up with Hollywood grand persons such as John Oetjen, the Grammy Award winner and Patrick Woodland, the composer of the hugely popular American drama series "Sex and the City" and "CBS 60 Minutes".

Anifie has been approved to participate in Stanford University's accelerator "StartX" in Silicon Valley, and Sandhill Angels has invested in Anifie in anticipation of its activities in the NFT metaverse field. This time, Anifie has raised funds from V-cube and other domestic Venture Capitals in order to start providing services to IP and content holders in the entertainment and fashion domains in Japan.

Anifie's service allows digital content companies to create their own metaverse. A variety of NFT contents can be combined in a modular fashion to create and develop a metaverse, and the patents for this technology have been applied in Japan and other countries.

V-cube has been providing platform and operational support for 7,800 online events in the past year, mainly in the event DX. Through this investment, we will provide sales and operational support for Anifie's NFT metaverse in Japan to meet the diversifying event needs of our customers, and support Anifie' commercialization in Japan.

Anifie is a US-based NFT metaverse startup company.
