Our company reinforces its commitment to end all types of discrimination
Page Content

In an egalitarian society, no one should be discriminated against because of their age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, language, serology, geographic location, economic or migration status or for any other reason. Today, March 1st, is Zero Discrimination Day, a date created by the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in favor of a more just society.

At our company, we rely on the initiative of each employee to build a Vale that is increasingly inclusive, humane and diverse, offering a work environment where everyone is treated with fairness and equality.

Diversity and inclusion in our work environment are directly linked to our key values and behaviors, which includes valuing the people who build our company and make it happen every day.

Vale's Ombudsman has a Whistleblower Channel, available to all in-house and third-party employees, suppliers and customers. You can also access Vale's positions on the subject on the ESG Portal.
