Vale informs on the approval of the request for suspension of injunction by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the return of activities at Onça Puma nickel mine

Rio de Janeiro, October 27, 2021 - Vale S.A. ("Vale") informs, in continuity to the release dated October 18, 2021, the decision of Minister President of Superior Court of Justice, which granted a request to suspend the effects of the decision rendered in the records of the Interlocutory Appeal n. 0811167-82.2021.8.14.0000.

Thus, with the reestablishment of the Operational License (LO), Vale will resume immediately the activities at Onça Puma nickel mine in Pará.
