  Valero Energy Corp. on Friday said Donna Titzman will retire as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 15. 


  The San Antonio, Texas, maker of transportation fuels and petrochemical products said Jason Fraser, who has served as executive vice president and general counsel since January 2019, will succeed Ms. Titzman as chief financial officer on that date. 


  Valero said Ms. Titzman, who joined the company in 1986 and has been chief financial officer since May 2018, will remain for a transition period. 


  Valero said Richard Walsh, currently vice president and deputy general counsel, will become senior vice president and general counsel.
