Value Management & Research AG (DB:VMR1) signed a letter of intent to acquire a 88.72% stake in NSI Netfonds Structured Investments GmbH from Netfonds AG (DB:NF4) for €10.1 million.

Value Management & Research AG (DB:VMR1) signed a letter of intent to acquire a 88.72% stake in NSI Netfonds Structured Investments GmbH from Netfonds AG (DB:NF4) for €10.1 million on December 3, 2021. As a part of consideration, Value Management & Research AG will issue 1.4 million new shares and Convertible Bonds in the amount of €5.2 million. The transaction is subject to the conclusion of a notarial contribution agreement and various conditions precedent.

The transaction is expected to be implemented in December, 2021.
