As Vanachai Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") has offered to sell newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their shareholding (Rights Offering) of 168,230,604 shares at the price of 3.75 Baht per share. Receive money from capital increase equal to 630,864,765 Baht.

The Company would like to inform the utilization of capital increase as of 30 June 2022 as follows;
