Quarter-over-quarter, the second quarter revenue increased around 13.4% to NT$15,301 million from NT$13,492 million in previous quarter. Year-over-year, revenue for the second quarter increased around 50.7%. Gross profit margin for the second quarter was around 50% and operating profit margin was around 38.6%. "As soft consumer end market demand, supply chain is managing inventory actively." said Amanda Huang, Vice President & CFO of VIS. Based on the current business outlook; the performance of the third quarter 2022 is expected to be as below: Revenue to be between NT$ 12.9 billion and NT$ 13.3 billion; Gross profit margin to be between 44 % and 46 %; Operating profit margin to be between 32.5 % and 34.5 %.
