Shares purchased by Key employees in 2021

A total of 530 participants in the Company's share program for key employees have on November 19th, 2021 subscribed for 474,603 shares.

The purchase price is equal to the volume-weighted average share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange in the subscription period, with a deduction for a discount. Discount for Swedish employees is 25 % which gives a purchase price of 94.27 NOK per share. For the Norwegian and the Danish employee`s the discount is 20%, which gives a purchase price of 100.55 NOK per share.

The shares are subject to a three-year lock-in period. The shares will be transferred in December.

A total of 444 participants subscribed 397 783 shares at a price of 100.55 NOK.

A total of 86 participants subscribed 76 820 shares at a price of 94.27 NOK.

From the total above, the primary insiders purchased a total of 45,850 shares in Veidekke.

Exercise of employee share options in Veidekke ASA

A total of 31 participants in the Company's share option program have on November 19th 2021 exercised a total of 8,859 options at a strike price of NOK 57.80.
A total of 36 participants in the Company's share option program have on November 19th 2021 exercised a total of 14,130 options at a strike price of NOK 62.11.

Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 22,989 shares. These shares will be transferred in December.

From the total above, 1,000 options have been exercised by primary insiders.
