WYNYARD, UK - Venator Materials PLC ('Venator') (NYSE:VNTR) today announced global price increases for all its titanium dioxide pigments for coatings, plastics, inks and paper applications. The increases are effective from the dates specified, or as contracts allow:

EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa): €100/t or USD $120/t effective April 1, 2020;

Asia Pacific: USD $120 per tonne effective March 1, 2020;

Americas (North America and Latin America): USD $0.06/lb or USD $120/t effective March 1, 2020.
