Venus Metals Corporation Limited is engaged in exploring gold, lithium, rare earth (REE), vanadium, and base metals. The Company’s major gold project is the Youanmi Gold Mine, located approximately 500 kilometres (km) northeast of Perth. Its projects include the Youanmi Gold Project, Bridgetown Greenbushes East Lithium Ni PGE Project, Mangaroon North Rare Earth Project, Marvel Loch East Rare Earth Project, Henderson Lithium Gold Nickel Project, Sandstone Gold Project, Youanmi Base Metals Project, Youanmi Lithium Project, and Youanmi Vanadium Project. Greenbushes East Lithium and Bridgetown East Ni-Cu-PGE Projects comprise five granted tenements (E70/5315, E70/5316, E 70/5620, E70/5712 and E 70/6009) and one exploration application, E 70/5675. It has four tenements (E08/3229, E08/3375, E09/2422, and E09/2541) adjacent to Mangaroon-Yangibana REE mineralised zone. The Marvel Loch East Rare Earth Project is comprised of one granted exploration license (E15/1796) and four applications.
