VeriSign, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was USD 329.405 million compared to USD 314.365 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 212.979 million compared to USD 206.780 million a year ago. Net income was USD 147.772 million compared to USD 152.479 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.31 compared to USD 1.32 a year ago. For the half year, sales was USD 653.026 million compared to USD 626.889 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 423.386 million compared to USD 413.044 million a year ago. Net income was USD 298.126 million compared to USD 486.595 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.64 compared to USD 4.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.64 compared to USD 4.19 a year ago.
