Management led by president Guillaume Pérol along with InnovaFonds SAS and Bpifrance Investissement SAS acquired Vertiv Industrial Systems SAS from Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE:VRT) on January 13, 2022. The acquisition included sale of its foreign assets of its industrial activities in the United Kingdom, Turkey, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, forming the Chloride Group.
