On November 18, 2022, Vertiv Holdings Co, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2022, and is expected to be paid on December 15, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached to this report on Exhibit 99.1.
