Vertiv Holdings Co reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 1,228.9 million compared to USD 1,162 million a year ago. Net income was USD 56.2 million compared to net loss of USD 103.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.16 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.32 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.15 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.32 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was USD 3,587.6 million compared to USD 3,065 million a year ago. Net income was USD 97.6 million compared to net loss of USD 367.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.28 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 1.23 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.27 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 1.23 a year ago.
