VGP Park Nijmegen fully let with signing of new

lease agreement

's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, May 31 2022 - VGP, a pan-Europeandeveloper, manager and owner of high-qualitylogistics and semi-industrialreal estate, is pleased to announce that it has fully leased out its VGP Park Nijmegen. Yesterday VGP signed a new lease agreement with an e-commercecompany for the rental of circa 62.000 m² gross lettable area of which, circa 59,000 m2 of warehouse space, now under construction. The total gross lettable area of the park of around 207,000 m2 - constructed and under construction - is now fully let.

VGP Park Nijmegen, located on Park 15 in Oosterhout (Gld.) is a strategically situated location between Arnhem and Nijmegen, directly on the A15 motorway and close to the German border. Other major motorways, such as the A73 and A50, are nearby and transport by rail or the river Waal is also possible. VGP Park Nijmegen, named after the nearest large city for international recognition, is part of the development known as Bedrijvenpark Park 15 Logistics.

Geerd Van Helden, Commercial Director of VGP Benelux said: "Leasing over 135,000 sq meters of new space in our extension in VGP Park Nijmegen to three different tenants is a testament to the high occupier demand in differtent sectors, we are facing at this location, reflecting the importance of the city-region Arnhem-Nijmegenas a logistics location and the attraction of the park to occupiers."

The real estate services company JLL has advised the rental operation.

After launching VGP in the Benelux in 2018 with the first land acquisition for the Netherlands, VGP has already developed and delivered over 187,000 m2 gross lettable area of warehouses and offices at their VGP Park Nijmegen (Oosterhout Gld.) and VGP Park Roosendaal. With another fully permitted land plot with a potential of 19,500 m2 of lettable space at VGP Park Nijmegen, the second building under construction and fully rent out at VGP Park Roosendaal, as well as the upcoming park VGP Park Moerdijk, VGP is building tomorrow today. Overall, the Group operates in sixteen European countries. The company based in Antwerp, Belgium, now operates 102 parks. Of the 1,402,000 m2 gross lettable area under construction, more than 90% has been pre-let - partly thanks to this transaction.

In addition to state-of-the-art technology, sustainability and energy efficiency are central parameters for the commercial properties developed by VGP. The company is committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2025 and is also engaged in BREEAM and DGNB certifications and green power generation. As a result, 54.3% of the portfolio has already been certified and the green power generation capacity of the VGP Renewable Energy division has been increased to 100.1 MWp, with a further 57.1 MWp in the pipeline. The VGP Foundation, established in

2019, has already identified 29 projects that address social issues, nature conservation and the protection of cultural assets, and has received over €12 million in funding from VGP to date.
