VIÑA CONCHA Y TORO DEFINES CHANGES IN ITS COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE

Under the framework of its business strategy review process, which Viña Concha y Toro has been conducting since January 2017, the Holding has defined a new organizational structure of its commercial area.

The new structure aims to attend to the markets in which it operates in a more specialized way, and continue to strengthen the Premium focus of its wines produced in Chile, Argentina and California.

The changes are structured as follows:

The Corporate Distribution Offices Division and Corporate Export Division have been created. Thomas Domeyko has been appointed as Corporate Distribution Offices Director, and will be responsible for the UK, Nordic, Canadian, Mexican and Brazilian markets. Meanwhile, Cristián López has been appointed as Corporate Export Director, and will be responsible for markets in which the company does not have its own distribution network.

The commercial structure for the United States and Chile is maintained.

These changes aim to expand the excellent results that have been obtained in key markets, leverage that expertise and extend it to all countries in which the company is present. The changes will also promote a new way of working, focused on obtaining greater growth, profitability and value through a new corporate culture based on process simplification and increased integration between areas and work teams.

Furthermore, the new structure includes changes in some of the winery's subsidiaries. Paul Konar, current General Manager of Quinta de Maipo, has been appointed General Manager of Viña Cono Sur, and José Manuel Infante has in turn been appointed General Manager of Quinta de Maipo.

"This structure is in line with a new definition of the company's strategy to address the current reality and an industry that is constantly changing. In this way, Concha y Toro and its subsidiaries' Premium category and wines produced in Argentina and the US are strengthened with new marketing and commercial structures that respond to this guideline. We are sure that this new stage for Viña Concha y Toro will strengthen the company's strategic focus, and enable it to successfully face future challenges," said Eduardo Guilisasti, CEO of Viña Concha y Toro.

Viña Concha y Toro would also like to thank two senior executives, who are leaving the company, for their commitment and great work carried out over the years. Cristián Ceppi, who held the position of Southern Zone Corporate Manager, undertook efforts to strongly position our brands in Latin America and the Caribbean. Meanwhile, Adolfo Hurtado, who was highly involved in the Viña Cono Sur project, worked to develop its wines, and foster its growth and international positioning.
