Gabriel Mustakis visited the cities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Campinas at the beginning of August.

With a clear focus on crafting the finest exponents of high-end viticulture from the Cachapoal Andes Valley, Gabriel headed to Brazil to carry out a series of activities with clients, importers and specialized press in the market. His aim was to promote the presence of icon wines in Brazil.

The winemaker began his journey in the coastal city of Rio de Janeiro, where he made a presentation to clients, accompanied by a tasting of Sideral as well as a vertical tasting of four outstanding Altaïr vintages: 2004, 2007, 2013 and 2016.

Following this, he went to the country's most important economic center, São Paulo, to carry out an intensive training session for salespeople, educating them about the valley's special conditions as well as the meticulous work carried out in the vineyards, which make San Pedro Icon Wines unique. The following day, the winemaker completed his trip with the same training session in Campinas.

This was an outstanding trip to Brazil by the winemaker, and through important activities he was able to strengthen relationships with clients, as well as preparing sales forces of the importer, Gran Cru, in the Brazilian market.
