COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

VIA VAREJO S.A. ("Companhia") comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral a ampliação de sua Diretoria

Executiva. A mudança traduz o processo de transformação da companhia, está em linha com a nova cultura e objetivos da Via e garante a implementação eficaz e ágil das alavancas estratégicas recentemente divulgadas.

Nesse sentido:

1. Helisson Lemos, que liderou o processo de transformação digital, assume a responsabilidade pelo Marketplace, e será também responsável por toda a estratégia de inovação da Via, incluindo parcerias estratégicas e aceleração de startups, com a posição de CINO ("Chief Innovation Officer") e Marketplace;
2. Edson Tavares assume como CTO ("Chief Technology Officer"), com a missão de dar continuidade ao processo de transformação digital e o protagonismo da tecnologia;
3. Ilca Sierra assume a recém criada Diretoria Executiva de Clientes e Marketing, com a posição de CXMO (Chief Experience Marketing Officer), responsável por toda jornada do cliente;
4. Rosilane Balabram assume a Diretoria Executiva da Companhia com a posição de CPO ("Chief Personnel Officer" );
5. Sandra Gebara assume a posição executiva de General Counsel, responsável pela área jurídica, GRC, Relações Governamentais e DPO ("Data Protection Officer");
6. André Calabro assume como CSFO ("Chief Strategic and Financial Officer"), responsável pelo banQi, Crediário e toda plataforma de soluções financeiras da Via; e
7. Helio Muniz, atual Diretor de Comunicação, assume também a responsabilidade por ESG, com a posição recém criada de CCO/ESG ("Chief Communications Officer"), responsável pela comunicação corporativa, sustentabilidade, diversidade da Via e, também, pela Fundação Casas Bahia;

A nova estrutura é o desenho de uma Companhia ágil, centrada no cliente, baseada em tecnologia e inovação. As mudanças refletem nossa crença na diversidade, nossos valores e nossa visão de futuro.

A Companhia informa que não haverá alteração de sua diretoria estatutária.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

VIA VAREJO S.A. ("Company") announces to its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Executive Officers has been expanded consistent with he Company's transformation process and reflects Via's new culture and objectives, supported by its strategy implementation. Below, we summarize the main changes implemented:

1. Helisson Lemos, who headed the digital transformation, will now lead the Company's marketplace, and Via's innovation strategy, including new partnerships and acceleration of startups, as CINO ("Chief Innovation Officer") and Marketplace Officer;
2. Edson Tavares, assumes as our new CTO ("Chief Technology Officer"), he will move forward with the digital transformation process, strengthening the technology area's important role to support the Company's digital transformation;
3. Ilca Sierra, currently Marketing Officer, assumes a newly created Customer and Marketing Executive Board, as CXMO (Chief Experience Marketing Officer) and will lead the entire customer's experience;
4. Rosilane Balabram, currently our People and Performance Officer, will also compose our Board of Executive Officers as CPO ("Chief Personnel Officer");
5. Sandra Gebara, in charge of our Legal Department, GRC and Governmental Relations, assumes the recently created executive position of General Counsel of the Company, in charge of the Legal Department, Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance, Governmental Relations and DPO ("Data Protection Officer");
6. André Calabro, assumes as CSFO ("Chief Strategic and Financial Officer"), in charge of banQi, Credit and Via's financial solutions platform; and
7. Helio Muniz, currently our Communications Officer now also in charge of our ESG initiatives will become CCO/ESG ("Chief Communications Officer"), and will be responsible for all corporate communication, sustainability, diversity initiatives as well as the Casas Bahia Foundation;

This new structure is the design of an agile customer-centric corporation, with a solid foundation in innovation and technology. Changes reflect our beliefs of reinforcing the relevance of diversity concerning our values, and our vision of the future. This change will not result in a change in our statutory board of directors.
