VIB Vermögen AG, a company specializing in the development, acquisition and portfolio management of commercial real estate, is building a logistics hall with a usable area of around 7,100 square meters in the Interpark near Ingolstadt, and is expanding the business park in Regensburg by a further 3,200 square meters.
A property with a rentable area of around 7,100 square metres is being built on an existing plot of land in Germany's largest contiguous business park, which has an excellent infrastructure. A tenancy agreement for this property with a long-term tenant for a term of 10 years from completion was already agreed before construction work began. The handover to the tenant is planned for April 2021.
In Regensburg, the company will expand the existing businessPark property by a further 3,200 square metres of office space, one quarter of which has already been let and is expected to be completed by early May 2021.
