VIB Vermögen AG, a company specializing in the development, acquisition and portfolio management of commercial real estate, announces the completion of its project developments in Eslarn and in Interpark near Ingolstadt. Both properties were handed over to the tenants on schedule at the end of March.
The logistics building in Eslarn with a lettable area of around 9,400 m² has been leased for ten years to a company operating in the online retail sector.
With the new logistics building in the Interpark in Kösching, with an area of around 7,100 m² and a ten-year lease too, VIB Vermögen is expanding its presence in one of Bavaria's largest industrial parks and strengthening its focus on the logistics sector.
'We are very pleased that we were able to conclude ten-year leases for both properties before construction began', says Martin Pfandzelter, CEO of VIB Vermögen AG, adding: 'The high energy standard and the equipment of the properties with a photovoltaic system contribute accordingly to optimising our portfolio in terms of sustainability.'
