Vibra Energia launchs 2021 Sustainability Report

Rio de Janeiro, June 15th, 2022

Vibra Energia S.A. (B3: VBBR3) informs that it launched on June 15st, 2022 its 2021 Sustainability Report. The document presents our trajectory throughout 2021, also highlighting the main actions carried out in the first quarter of 2022. The report follows Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The report also reports specific indicators from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and information required by the Task Force on Climate related Financial Disclosure (TCFD).

In the report, we emphasize our commitments to sustainability, such as: UN Global Compact and Women's Empowerment Principle, National Pact for the Eradication of Slave Labor, Business Coalition for Racial and Gender Equity, Na Mão Certa Program, the Yellow Loop Program and the Green Brazil Logistics Program, among others.

And we highlight our ESG acknowledgments: we are listed for three consecutive years on the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) and permanence in the FTSE4Good Index, created by the Financial Times Stock Exchange Russell (FTSE), a division of the London Stock Exchange. We were included for second consecutive year in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook. We performed our third independent report in the Public Registry of Emissions of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program, where we obtained the gold seal, participated in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Climate Change assessment and were included in the Climate Resilience Index - ICDPR70. We are listed on the B3 Carbon Efficient Index (ICO2), reinforcing our commitment to the transparency of our emissions. We also obtained the silver medal in Ecovadis, the ESG supplier evaluation platform most used by our B2B customers, where we obtained outstanding evaluation in our sector.
