Proposed FY21 interim distribution

Vicinity Centres (Vicinity, ASX:VCX) today announced a proposed distribution of 3.4 cents per security for the six months ending 31 December 2020 (Interim Distribution).

As previously announced, due to current uncertain circumstances, Vicinity cannot presently provide FY21 earnings or distribution guidance as it would not be reliable. The Interim Distribution should not be considered de facto guidance with respect to Vicinity's adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) or funds from operations (FFO) for the six months ending 31 December 2020. Vicinity's FY21 interim results will be released on 17 February 2021.

It is Vicinity's current intention to distribute 95% to 100% of AFFO for the year ending 30 June 2021, subject to ongoing Board assessment and external conditions.
