Viji Finance Limited announced that Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on October 25, 2021 appointed Ms. Sakshi Chourasiya as an Additional director as well as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from October 25, 2021, subject to approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
