On June 10, 2021, Village Farms International, Inc. (the 'Company' or 'Village Farms') held its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. Proposal No. 1: The election of the Board of Directors to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed, received the following votes:
