Vintage Energy Limited is an Australia-based oil and gas exploration production company. The Company's principal activities include securing exploration projects, undertaking exploration for, and evaluation of oil and gas resources, planning and execution of resource development and contracting to enable production, processing and sale of oil and gas. The Company assets include Otway Basin, Cooper/Eromanga Basins, Galilee Basin, and Bonaparte Basin. The Otway Basin is a rift basin located in onshore and offshore South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. The Cooper/Eromanga Basins are the premier onshore oil and gas-producing basins in Australia. The Cooper Basin is a Permo-Carboniferous to Triassic basin with sediment up to 2,500 meters thick which consists of interbedded sandstones, shales and coals. The Galilee Basin is an onshore basin located in central Queensland and covers an area of 247,000 square kilometers (km2). The Bonaparte Basin covers an area of 270,000 km.
